Our Story
Built where the others stopped.
We've spent the last decade running real destination weddings — two hundred a year, ninety-one resort partners, four continents, every kind of family.
Along the way, we kept reaching for software that was never built for us. Aisle Planner, Honeybook, the rest — they assume one venue, one event day, one rental list. They don't know what to do with a four-day Indian wedding, a sangeet that needs its own floor plan, a guest list spread across three time zones, or a vendor stack that lives in WhatsApp.
So our planners did what planners do — they patched. Spreadsheets, Notion pages, twelve open browser tabs, the same numbers retyped four times. It worked. It also burned people out.
YourBigDay.AI is the tool we always needed. Built by the people who actually do this work, for the people who actually do this work — at scale, across cultures, without losing the part that makes it beautiful.
