Built where the others stopped.
Every event team — whether they run weddings, corporate productions, multi-day conferences, or cultural festivals — operates on the same machinery. Multiple days. Multiple vendors. Multiple stakeholders. Dozens of decisions a week, none of them allowed to slip.
The tools available to them were built for something else — a CRM with a calendar bolted on, a project tracker, a spreadsheet with formulas. None of them know what to do with a four-day programme, a floor plan that needs its own canvas, a guest list spread across three time zones, or a vendor stack that lives in WhatsApp.
So event teams patched. Spreadsheets, Notion pages, twelve open browser tabs, the same numbers retyped four times. It worked. It also burned good people out and left margin on the table.
YourBigDay.AI is the platform that should have existed. Built by the people who actually run these productions, for any team that has to. Weddings is the first vertical — destination weddings in particular, where operational complexity is highest. The same workspace handles corporate weekends, gala dinners, multi-stage festivals — anywhere the timeline matters.
